Model 6 - The Slant - Large

This is the big brother to the Model 5 (also called the slant). The two inches that separate these two models is surprisingly impactful in how it feels in your hand, and the type of work you would like to do with it! The angled blade helps keep your hand free of the pan and out of harms way. Frankly, we just like the way these two models are shaped! This 13 inch tool will do any work that you need to get done in the kitchen, and you will find yourself reaching for it more often the longer you own it!

This model comes in at 13 inches long and a shade under 1/2 inch thick.

These utensils come either in Maple or Cherry for your wood choice. Every one of our wood utensils are made from Michigan grown and harvested hardwoods we source from a local sawmill. They have been coated in a thin layer of mineral oil which you can choose to continue to use in your own care routine, or remove upon arrival to substitute your own oil of choice. (In our home we generally use Olive Oil).
